Here are some tips and tricks on how you can format your posts better!
Inserting Items in Text
When you start typing, you should see a little plus button that appears next to the line you're writing on. Clicking it will allow this menu to pop up. This menu is also available at the bottom of the draft page!

Going from left to right, the items on the menu are: Add an Image, Add a Video, Add a File, Add a GIF, Add an Emoji, Add a Code Snippet, Add a Collapsible List, Add a Divider, Insert HTML code, and Create a Poll.

As you can tell by these items, this menu is mostly used for inserting things into your post. By clicking on the various buttons, there will be more buttons that you can click on to further format your inserted item. For example, there are additional ways you can format an image once you insert it.
Formatting Existing Text
To format your text, highlight the text that you want to format.

Bold, Italic, Underline, Text Color, and Text Highlight are your first options. Then, you have link. Next, there's Heading Type, which can let you choose between three options:
Heading 1
Subheading 2
Normal Text
The next option allows you to quote your writing:
Which looks something like this.
You can also type things in a code snippet, to give that robot feel.
And if you're typing anything that's spoiler-worthy, you can use spoilers tags! Click that blurred text to reveal it.
To make your writing aligned differently, you can pick from
quite a few options, including the left, right, middle, and justified alignment.
If you're working with lists, you can always
number your lists like this,
so people know the numbers,
or you can do bullet points, which also
show that you have bullets.
So, what are you waiting for? Go out and format your posts!
